Description

This is the freshest olive oil available in Canada. Just hours after being picked, the olives are pressed and a few short days later, bottled and on a plane. This is a limited edition olive oil, only 240 bottles produced.

CULTIVAR:

Frantoio, Moraiolo, Leccino

HARVEST PERIOD:

Handpicked from the 1st to the 10th of November.

COLOUR & AROMA:

Intense green colour. Rich with notes of fresh herbs and artichoke.

PALATE:

Intense palate with artichoke notes, balanced bitter pepperiness and a medium finish.

SUGGESTED USE:

Wonderful poured as a finishing oil on any fall-winter dishes (think hearty soups, roasted meats, root vegetables) and perfect with bruschetta.
