For those of you who know and love it, Squid ink pasta is a bit of a pasta cult classic. But for those of you that don’t, we dare you to try something new!
Often shied away from for its not-so-subtle colour, Squid ink pasta is actually quite delicate in flavour with a subtle brininess. This subtle sea-saltiness makes it an ideal pairing with seafood.
SAUCE SUGGESTION: In order to let this pasta shine we suggest keeping the sauce subtle and simple. Try it with fresh cherry tomatoes, garlic, olive oil and chopped flat leaf parsley. If you’re not up to making your own sauce may we suggest ZARA’S Alfredo sauce.
SERVING SIZE: We recommend 200g per person for a main course (as pictured).
