Our Potato Gnocchi is “wheat free”. This means that it does not contain any wheat products in the ingredients, however it is made in the same facility as our traditional wheat based pastas. This means that our Potato Gnocchi MAY CONTAIN TRACES OF WHEAT and is therefore NOT SUITABLE FOR PEOPLE WITH SERIOUS WHEAT ALLERGIES.

SAUCE SUGGESTIONS: Mildly flavoured, Potato Gnocchi pairs well with both tomato or cream based sauces. We like it paired with ZARA’S Marinara or for a more indulgent treat try ZARA’S Gorgonzola or Four Cheese sauces.

SERVING SIZE: We recommend 200g per person for a main course serving.

COOKING TIME: 5 – 7 minutes at a gentle boil.

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS: Bring a pot of generously salted water to the boil. Use a big pot, give the Gnocchi room to move. Once boiling, add Gnocchi and reduce to a medium simmer – cook for between 5 – 7 minutes. Remove with a slotted spoon or use a colander. Add the pasta to a pan with your chosen sauce. Carefully combine and season with salt and pepper to taste. Optional: transfer to a skilled and sauté in butter to make the outside a little crispy.


STORAGE: Pasta can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days. It can also be frozen for up to 6 weeks. If you freeze the pasta, cook it directly from frozen – DO NOT DEFROST.

INGREDIENTS : PASTA: Potato flakes, water, egg, potato flour, chickpea flour, rice flour, potato starch, tapioca starch, salt, xanthan gum. Rolled in rice flour. CONTAINS: EGGS.
