All of Zara’s fresh short and long cuts of pasta are made with 100% durum wheat semolina flour. They are extruded using bronze dies which give the pasta its rough texture. This enables sauces to better cling to the pasta surface.
Our fresh Spaghetti has good toothiness and holds up nicely with hardy sauce, like Bolognese. While spaghetti is most often paired with tomato based sauces it is also excellent for velvety sauces like Carbonara or Caico e Pepe.
