COOKING INSTRUCTIONS: Warm the sauce on a low heat in a heavy bottomed pan. Add cooked pasta to the sauce along with some of the well seasoned pasta water and gently mix until fully incorporated. Plate with freshly grated Parmigiano Reggiano.
STORAGE: ZARA’S fresh sauces will keep in the fridge unopened until the marked best before date. Once opened they should be consumed within 3-4 days or frozen. Sauces can be frozen from fresh for up to 3 months. Defrost or heat in a pan on a low heat directly from frozen. Add a small amount of water if necessary to prevent burning.
