A rich ragu made with quality ground beef, red wine and vegetables and cooked slowly.

PASTA SUGGESTION: Pairs perfectly with our fresh house-made Pappardelle or Campanelle. Also perfect for use in a lasagna or paired with countless dry long and short cuts of pasta


COOKING INSTRUCTIONS: Warm the sauce on low heat in a pan until heated through. Add cooked pasta to the sauce with some of the well seasoned pasta water and mix until fully incorporated.

STORAGE: ZARA’S fresh sauces keep in fridge unopened until the marked best before date. Once opened they should be consumed within 3-4 days or frozen. Sauces can be frozen from fresh for up to 3 months. Defrost or heat in a pan on a low heat directly from frozen. Add a small amount of water if necessary to prevent burning.

PRODUCT NET WEIGHT: 500ml  Serves 2 to 3 200g fresh pasta portions depending on how saucy you like it.
