GRAPE VARIETAL: Produced from the must (85%) & wine vinegar of the Lambrusco grape varietal, San Remo Gold Reserve balsamic vinegar is aged in oak barrels and contains no additives or colourants.

AROMA  & PALATE: Dense consistency. Black cherry, oaky aroma, slightly acidic with a pronounced sweetness.
