Sillano olive oil is made in a grove located in the upper part of the Arno Valley, in Florence, right by the Chianti Classico area.
Made exclusively from hand harvested Frantoio (80%), the Leccino, the Pendolino and Moraiolo olive culivars harvested by hand.
AROMA & PALATE
Complex, sustained aromatic notes reminiscent of rosemary, sage, oregano and asparagus. On the palate, it has a pleasantly peppery finish and a delicious green almond bitterness.
Pairs perfectly with typical Tuscan fare, like a hardy ragù, panzanella salad, tomatoes and legumes.
