LA MOLISAN ’00’ Flour


Doppio Zero or ’00’ refers to a specific Italian milled white flour. Using a grading system of 2, 1, 0 or 00, these numbers represent how finely ground the flour is and how much of the bran and germ has been removed, ’00’ is the most refined has the lowest level of bran. While similar to unbleached all purpose flour, ’00’ is much finer (like talcum powder), and makes for a much silkier dough.


SUGGESTED USE: Ideal for making pasta and pizza dough, as well as cakes.
