Produced exclusively from olives organically grown in the calcium and iron rich soil of the Orvieto Valley in Umbria, Italy, on the Domenica Fiore estate. Olio Reserva is a extra virgin olive oil blend, the olives are harvested by hand, and within four hours they are made into oil. After racking (the natural settling and clearing process), the olive oil varieties are then blended to the estate’s signature taste profile that is within DOP Umbria Colli Orvietani standards.
Produced in limited quantities, this estate oil is then bottled in nitrogen sealed stainless steel bottles, ensuring optimal freshness. Each bottle is individually numbered for traceability and numbered by Cesare Bianchini, Domenica Fiore’s direttore.
